La Palina is celebrating its 125^th Anniversary!!

To help celebrate 125 years of tradition, La Palina has teamed up with Oliva Cigar Company to present a truly special and unique experience with the new La Palina 125 Anos Anniversary Cigar.
There are several reasons the LP 125 Anos cigar is so special. First, to create the blend for this cigar, La Palina was granted access to a “private stock” of vintage tobaccos from Oliva Cigar Company. Although La Palina is not disclosing the type or variety of tobaccos that were used to create this masterpiece, we can tell you that all tobacco used in this blend is Nicaraguan and each cigar was hand-rolled at Oliva’s famous facility in Estelí, Nicaragua. Bill Paley, owner of La Palina, wanted to work hand in hand with a company that had a tenured history as rich as La Palina, and considering each company has a centenarian brand status, everyone involved felt it quite appropriate to work with a brand like Oliva.
The La Palina 125 Anos cigar comes in one size, a 6.5 x 52 ring gauge Toro Vitola with a fantail cap, reminiscent of the highly coveted La Palina Goldie.
In addition to this already unique smoke, La Palina decided to continue to honor the brand’s nineteenth century founding, by offering 37 La Palina 125 Anos cigars that will come beautifully packaged and displayed in one of the company’s original 1920’s inspired amatista glass jar humidors. We have reinvented these gorgeous glass jar humidors to feature the La Palina logo and famously known portrait of Goldie Drell Paley, noted philanthropist and grandmother of current owner Bill Paley.
Large, heavy, and beyond stunning, these jars not only serve as a spectacular showpiece, but are more importantly, a highly functional humidor with a real gasket seal. These highly rare, limited production glass jar humidors are a MUST have for any La Palina fan or vintage style tobbaciana!
